The presentation is to introduce the essence of the copyright legal framework in Taiwan with a focus on computer programs. Beginning with a copyrighted photo of a "falling bear" widely used by international media in April this year, we will discuss what types of work are copyrightable, what a copyright holder is entitled to/ what will give rise to a copyright infringement, the limitation of copyright, and key issues in connection with copyright to be considered under a computer program develop project.
